The state of Quintana Roo is located at the south end of the Yucatan Peninsula where you can find the famous cities Cancun and Playa del Carmen as well as the famous archeological sites of Tulum, Coba and Muyil. The white sands of this territory cover the turquoise coast of the Caribbean all the way to the border with Belize.

Traveling inland you will find the most exotic rain forest with an enormous variety of incredible vegetation and animal species such as jaguars, spider monkeys and parrots.

The Mayans inhabited this region 3000 years ago and to this date they maintain their old traditions and language. A good example of these culture is "Mayan ceremonial night" where they keep the ancient purification ritual which still uses a temazcal- an ancient sweat lodge used by priests and kings to be reborn as warriors.
